• Projects commence only after written confirmation and receipt of a deposit or full payment, as agreed.

• Pricing, timelines, and scope are customized per project.

• Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

• Late payments may result in paused work or delayed delivery.

Revisions & Deliverables

• Projects include a set number of revision rounds, clearly stated in the project proposal.

• Revisions beyond the included scope may incur additional fees.

• Deliverables are shared digitally in agreed formats.

• Unless otherwise agreed in writing, SYMPHONIA MUSE may showcase final creative work in its portfolio.

  
  

Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the intellectual and creative nature of our services:

• Refunds are not available once work has begun.

• If a project is cancelled before commencement, partial refunds may be considered.

• SYMPHONIA MUSE reserves the right to cancel a project in rare circumstances (illness, emergency, misalignment) and refund any undelivered portion.

  
  

Limitation of Liability

SYMPHONIA MUSE shall not be liable for:

• Business losses, brand reputation impact, or loss of revenue resulting from the use of our work

• Delays caused by client non-responsiveness or external factors

• Issues on third-party platforms used for delivery or communication

Our work is strategic and creative, not a guarantee of specific outcomes or performance metrics.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SYMPHONIA MUSE and its representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the site, breach of these Terms, or misuse of our intellectual property.

Electronic Communications
